A couple days ago Grok Bot built a microbusiness for me then has been maintaining it by itself (I've ran the social media) It built https://t.co/S9zybQK14I then decided to monetize it via sponsors The first sponsor just purchased a spot on the site for $500! Here's how it's all gone down so far > Grok Bot built the business > I announced it on X > Tens of thousands of people went to the site > Grok Bot added newsletter support and collected 1500+ newsletter signups > Shipped 40+ PRs to fix issues and make improvements autonomously > Decided to monetize via sponsors > Used my Stripe plugin to make a payment link > Added it to the site > Matt from Pane App bought a sponsorship with the link. Will now be on the site and in the newsletter > Grok Bot has improved SEO dramatically > Now getting hundreds of people from Google > Growth compounding I truly believe this is the future of the economy Everyone building microbusinesses that can be autonomously ran by their personal agent Not going for billion dollar home runs, but a few microbusinesses that generate 10-25 thousand dollars a year each Spending a vast majority of their day just doing what they love and nothing they dislike That's the beauty of AI. Allows you to create value by doing things you love Highly recommend you try this project with your own agent! Feel free to give this post to your agent and ask it to come up with its own microbusiness based on your interestsview source ↗

Openclaw, instinct, muse, hermes, etc. use file-based memory. [Supermemory customers] use @supermemory (temporal fact-based) Found 0 graph uses in popular consumer/enterprise so far. Feels like everyone's selling shovels here? People (devs) like it downstream because it looks and feels cool, but most teams (supermemory included) I talk to are moving closer towards the model layer and letting the model figure more things out about memory. the representation - fact that it's a graph - doesn't really matter. Curious about thoughts. drop links to talks/blogs/etc below that are NOT shovel sellers and actual use cases in production pls.view source ↗

You now get AI coding in Cursor, AI teammates through Grok Bot, chat and creation with Grok, plus the full X Premium benefits under a single subscription. Five tiers run from Free up to Ultra. Paid plans share a weekly pool of Grok model usage across Grok and Cursor, and each tier delivers more usage per dollar of their own models than the separate plans it replaces. Premium at $30 a month covers what previously cost around $90 combined for SuperGrok, Cursor Pro, and X Premium+. Higher tiers scale the included usage further, with Super at $100 and Ultra at $200. Existing subscribers can keep their current plans or switch and link their Grok, Cursor, and X accounts. The rollout is gradual, so check billing settings for availability and any limited-time offers. LockFeed helps you reduce your screen time by quizzing you on something you care about before you scroll. Like for me, it's the guitar fretboard. This is Episode 4 of 10K or Bust. In this video I pivoted from my AI portrait making app to this more simple screen time app. What I've learned: - Meta Ads Manager is so cumbersome to use. Just ask Codex with Computer Use to do it for you. - You can look at your competitors Meta ads they're running, so you can just copy it. Higgsfield SuperComputer, who sponsored this video, taught me that. - These super simple apps charge $50/year or more, which is why they can afford to spend so much on ads. A lot of them should just be replaced by cheaper alternatives. Like Opal charges $239/year??? - I got rejected 5 times from the App Store, and I thought it was because of my predatory app design. But it's actually just because I didn't check a box for the Family Controls certificate... And App Store review is so ambiguous they wouldn't tell me. Yes on profit. Absolutely. But put most of it in your pocket. Reinvestment sounds like the right thing, but it’s doubling, tripling, quadrupling down on risk annually. Save that money you made. And recently I have extended my day to 36 hours and then I go to sleep at whatever time that falls to. I just can’t stop working, I am obsessed with consumer apps and ai. I don’t force myself at all, I am just so addicted to making progress. Ai gold rush is here. Raris & lambos are not a dream, it’s a reality, and most importantly the freedom. You can lock in for a year and set yourself and your family for life. This is a generational opportunity and I am not missing out on this I don’t talk to anyone besides people in consumer, I don’t have a gf, I don’t go out, I don’t talk to anyone I am here alone in the room 24/7. I missed like 70% of my college classes because I understand the priorities I have I sacrificed everything, and for the past year of my life I live and breathe consumer. I don’t have anything else in my life right now besides this one thing I am putting 100% of my attention and energy towards And I don’t want to glorify hustle culture or “hard work” because I don’t even believe that’s what makes you the most amount of money or progress but right now I don’t see any other way for me to progress the fastest. I want to assemble a team of killers that are as obsessed but for that to happen I need to be one. All this to say, working harder or putting more effort has low direct correlation with success (especially in ai era) but I truly believe that if I am putting in more hours, I am more obsessed and I constantly level up there is 0 chance for me not to become ultra successful in consumer space. Yes it’s super uncertain, yes it’s not easy, yes it takes time. But it will be all worth it. Furthermore, I don’t feel like any of this is work, if I didn’t get physically exhausted I would just work non stop. This is my bread and butter and nothing brings me more dopamine that building and scaling consumer apps right now. Every day isview source ↗

We scalled by testmaxxing every channel depending on our MRR level. €0 → 100 customers: pure outbound. Cold email plus LinkedIn, using our own early product on ourselves. No brand, no audience, just us reaching out to people showing intent and starting conversations. Ugly, manual, effective. 100 → 250 customers: Reddit. Our first real acquisition breakthrough. We posted educational breakdowns in SaaS subreddits and did 10M+ organic views. The traffic quality wasn't amazing, but the volume was so huge it flooded our trial funnel for months. Cost: basically zero. 250 → 750 customers: content plus free blueprints. We went all-in on LinkedIn content, YouTube, motion-design videos, and giving away our internal systems as free "blueprints." Content got the reach, the blueprints earned the trust, and a chunk of readers converted. This is where founder-led content started compounding. 750 → 1500: partnerships and X. We added Twitter, B2B influencers, sponsored newsletters, and a lifetime affiliate program that became a major lever. We also joined YC around here, and the intensity went vertical. 1500+: paid and hiring. Meta ads, Google ads, influencer agencies, and hiring seriously for the first time, growth, sales, engineering, product. None of these stages replaced the last one. They stacked. Outbound never stopped. Content never stopped. We just kept adding the next lever once the current one was clearly working. If you take one thing from this: don't chase five channels at once. Beat one until it works, then add the next.view source ↗
