Got a lot of new connections lately, so thought I'd reintroduce myself. Hi, I'm Harish. 422 days ago, I decided to take content creation seriously. Before that, I was just a software developer sharing other people's work. Then I started building in public. Here's what happened: → 0 to 12,300 followers on X → 20.5M impressions in the last year → 475K+ engagements → 87K+ profile visits → $1,847 earned from ghostwriting → Every ghostwriting client came inbound And the funny part? I never planned to become a ghostwriter. I was just sharing what I was learning and building. Then founders started showing up in my DMs asking: "Hey Harish, what are your ghostwriting charges?" So I started helping them grow too. Some results: → 400 to 2,100 followers in 20 days for one client → 0 to 356 followers in 30 days for another → Built https://t.co/SYHTtcEiJJ, which made $400+. → Built https://t.co/hN66kSnpwO, in 2 days somebody already proposed 2000$ to sponsor me All while building my own SaaS products. A few things I've learned: 1. Your own growth is your best portfolio. 2. Posting results works better than posting advice. 3. You don't need millions of followers to monetize your skills. 4. Building is only half the work. Distribution matters just as much. I still consider myself a developer first. I love building random products, experimenting with ideas, and sharing the process publicly. These days, I also help founders grow their personal brands on X through ghostwriting and content strategy. If you're a founder trying to build an audience, my DMs are open. And if you're building something interesting, let's connect. Still figuring things out, but the internet has already changed my life quite a bit. P.S. Borrowed this introduction format from @BagoriyaShrutiview source ↗

Research, work, that one tweet I'm "getting back to," 3 different ChatGPT sessions, and maybe 8 I don't remember opening. So I built a Chrome extension that organizes all of them for me. It's called SnapTab, and it runs on SubQ Snap, a new decision model from Subquadratic @subquadratic that handles small, structured calls faster and cheaper than an LLM. I got early access, and this was the first thing I wanted to build with it. Open the extension and it shows you every tab, every group you've made, and every duplicate quietly eating your memory. Then you hit Analyze. That one click sends your tabs to a local Python server running Snap. The model reads every title and URL and figures out what each tab actually is. Research. Dev. Entertainment. Work. Hit Organize, and Chrome snaps them into clean groups instantly. I didn't send any of this to an LLM. Snap has a 384k context window, 12x larger than other decision models, so it can hold your entire browser session in one shot and still cost pennies. Video below.view source ↗

Snap is the only decision model or LLM where compute per token stays constant as context grows. • 384K tokens of multimodal context, 12x larger than Jev. • 61.7 on Decision Index v0.2.1 vs Jev’s 57.9, outperforming on 13 of 16 enterprise benchmarks. •Processes 100K tokens and returns a decision in under one second. •$0.05/MM input tokens. Output is free. Available today to anyone. The first 10,000 sign-ups get 100M free input tokens. We’ll likely hit capacity fast and will add users as we add compute. Compute offers welcome 🙂. Latency will be variable as we tune the platform to this new model and category of users. Model speeds are 80ms for minimal context, 250ms for 32k, 660ms for 100k, and 2.5 seconds for 384k. The problem with that game is that with kids that have been raised playing, I just get f**king rocked. I'm like, ‘Are you f**king cheating?’ And I get mad. It's very humiliating” “I love 2K. I love Madden. And the early Doom, when I first played that game, which then gave rise to Quake. We played that endlessly for hours when we were doing Good Will Hunting. LinkedIn. Instagram. X. YouTube. Just 1 raw idea in → 4 platform drafts and a production plan out. → No more 200-view posts that sound like every other founder → No more $5,000/month ghostwriters who still don't sound like you → No more guessing what to post on 4 different platforms Getting Claude to write a post is easy. Getting content worth publishing, week after week, takes more than "make it sound like me." Here's how it works: → Research (your sources → useful facts, audience questions, and concrete examples) → Idea selection (up to 5 angles → the strongest point, with weaker ones rejected) → Native writing (1 angle → LinkedIn post, X post, Reel talking points, YouTube outline) → Editing (draft + writing samples → sharper openings and copy that sounds like you) → Production planning (drafts → what to publish first, what to record, what to defer) → Performance review (actual results → what to repeat, change, and test next) The research shapes the writing. The results shape your next round of ideas. Change the business, buyer, and voice files, and reuse the same process for another brand or client. I packaged it into a free interactive walkthrough, 4-file starter, and complete 28-file workspace, with platform instructions and a worked example. Runs in Claude or ChatGPT. No code. Want the complete AI Marketing OS? Like + reply "OS" + repost, and I'll DM it to you. (must be following)view source ↗
