It's basically nowhere online. So I asked someone who does it ALL DAY LONG for Fortune 500 companies to walk me through it, step by step. and he shares EXACTLY how he does it https://t.co/uzgFccsgza Here's what I learned: 1. They start by listening, not building. They interview the people doing the work and let agents quietly read the company's data for a few weeks. The real process is almost always 3x longer than the one on paper. 2. They sort every step into four buckets: delete it, automate it with a simple rule, give it to an AI agent, or keep a human on it. A surprising amount ends up in the first bucket. 3. They build inside the tools the company already uses. Nobody has to learn a new app. When a human needs to sign off, it's just a Slack message. 4. They use the cheapest model that gets the job done. Most of this work doesn't need the most expensive AI. 5. They measure everything before and after, then come back 6 months later and prove it worked. This + concrete client examples + way more on today's episode of @startupideaspod (thanks to @vasuman) A full course pretty much on the topic aivalable to you 100% for free. This episode is for ANYONE who wants to be a FDE or who wants to make their company AI-native by deploying agents. Watchview source ↗

He needed that model because public video models were trained on his peers' films, and he did not think that was a real business. So InterPositive raised money, shot its own dataset for 8 months on a controlled stage, and used it only as late-stage training. Each new film then trains a private model on its own dailies, so the production keeps the footage and the learning. That is the product Netflix paid $587 million for. ---- From "Bloomberg Live" YouTube channel, (link in comment)view source ↗

Of course it was the first one I noticed. But instead of a description, the label said "Happy early birthday Paul." I still didn't get that it was for me, because one of the guys who works there is called Paul. I turned to Jessica and said that he must have a birthday coming up too, but why would they put his watch in the window? Then I noticed she was grinning like the Cheshire cat.view source ↗

Thousands of Ecom brands were getting shake down requests for nothing more than a conversion pixel. Every settlement was $10,000-$50,000 bucks, right out of the pocket of small business. I was sued multiple times. As of today, that won’t ever happen again: I thought this was the wrong reading of the law and wanted to do something about it. My internal team worked with the eCommerce alliance. They put time, money, and resources into changing this law. I really didn’t do much. But as a result of their hard work- No one else will be sued for this ever again. The work of the eCommerce alliance, backed by postscript, just saved the entire ecom industry probably 30 million dollars a year. Huge shoutout to Gina from my team for getting this done. Ridge could have just kept paying it. But that’s how these things win. Ecom brands are too fractured, everyone too cheap, everyone being crabs in a bucket. It takes brands and great partners like postscript to work together to make the industry better. I just saved your brand $25,000 bucks. You can thank postscript for that.view source ↗

Mods are absolutely insane. You can now customize Claude to work and look the way you want by just prompting it. Each person works differently, so there's no reason why everyone should have an identical Claude experience. Make Claude your own, and share mods as plugins so others can try your mods too.
