I worked with a billion-dollar company that published ~300 pages but were getting less than 1,000/mo traffic. After I fixed these 3 mistakes in their topic strategy they were getting 150,000/mo 3 months later. Here's the 3 mistakes and what you should do about them: 1. Your topics are too competitive Targeting competitive keywords with a site that can't realistically compete on authority is a waste of time. Analyse page 1 of Google for your target keyword using Ahrefs or Semrush: > Are most of the pages relevant to the search? > Do most of the domains have a high DR/DA? > Do most of the pages have lots of backlinks? Score each out of 5, then compare the results against your own site. Look for outliers. If a weaker site is ranking, figure out why. Could be better content, stronger topical relevance, internal linking or backlinks. Reverse engineer what's working. For newer sites: > Start with less competitive keywords > Build topical authority with relevant content > Build domain authority by earning backlinks Over time, you'll be able to compete for bigger keywords. 2. Your topics are too specific Typically, specific topics are great. Win on relevance, get more qualified traffic, etc. But if it’s TOO specific, there's potentially no search demand. I've seen this on a large scale, with 50-100 posts that were way too specific. Instead, broaden the post to the next level up. For example: “How to manage cash flow for B2B SMEs" Becomes: “How to manage cash flow" Before creating, make sure to validate your ideas with data by using keyword tools and analysing the titles on page 1 of Google as an indicator. 3. Your topics require a different page type Look at page 1 of Google for the keyword and see what the most common page type is. Is it a collection page? Product page? Landing page? Homepage? Blog post? It (most likely) requires the same. If tview source ↗

$0.003 per second is the number that caught my attention with Vivix W1. At that price, you can generate roughly 77 equal-length videos for the cost of one Seedance 2.5 video. The footage in the supplied comparison looks strong for the price. Vivix puts generation of an eight-second clip at roughly eight seconds. The footage in the supplied comparison looks strong for the price. Vivix puts generation of an eight-second clip at roughly eight seconds. But the more interesting part for me is what that price enables. W1 is a real-time interactive video model, so video can keep generating as someone interacts with the experience. When every additional second costs money, getting that down to $0.003/sec suddenly makes longer interactive stories, games, live visuals, etc. much more practical. There are still things I’d like to see improve, especially complex motion and dense scenes, but affordable real-time video feels like a much bigger unlock than simply generating cheaper clips. Real-time access is available through the API today, with browser tools coming later. @VivixLabs_HQ has the W1 pricing and API details here: https://t.co/TPuCAPY6i9view source ↗

Just because you can do something, it doesn't mean most will. Everyone can cook food at home, yet online food ordering is booming and restaurants are full. Everyone wants to be shredded and fit, yet not everyone is. Gyms are open 24/7, what's holding you back? Go there every single day, lift some weight, and repeat. Everyone wants to be shredded and fit, yet not everyone is. Gyms are open 24/7, what's holding you back? Go there every single day, lift some weight, and repeat. Most don’t as it's not effortless. Fck most people can't even wake up at the alarm they set up. Even if AI made everything simple, most people still lack basic discipline, effort, and motivation (even creativity). Most people just want to consume and stay in their bubble of whatever they do. Most people simply don't want to create, they want to consume. Even if someone spun up a simple internal tool with one prompt, just imagine what the actual SaaS business products can look like. For creators, maybe in the end, nothing really changed... just better tools leading to better products. More competition and more fish in the ocean. The only ones who are really getting rekt is huge corps as now more people can compete for the same slice of bread. Keep building.view source ↗
