最近 Personal AI Agent 很火：xAI 的 Grok Bot、Meta 的 Muse、Manus 的 Cue、OpenAI 的 Dots 不约而同地上线了，国内有些大厂也传出在连夜跟进。 Personal AI Agent 本质上就是一个跑在云电脑上的 Agent，我们用手机跟它对话。 和之前的小龙虾（OpenClaw）相比，我觉得产品形态没什么区别，顶多是上手流程更简单、界面更产品化，还能连上邮箱、手机卡和信用卡。 唯一改变的是做这件事的人换成了用户量很大的大厂，还给了很多免费额度；宣传的场景也从偏极客的工具，变成了帮你处理生活琐事的小助理。 国内想做同样的产品，每一步都有卡点： 1. 数据拿不到。海外的… 最近 Personal AI Agent 很火：xAI 的 Grok Bot、Meta 的 Muse、Manus 的 Cue、OpenAI 的 Dots 不约而同地上线了，国内有些大厂也传出在连夜跟进。 Personal AI Agent 本质上就是一个跑在云电脑上的 Agent，我们用手机跟它对话。 和之前的小龙虾（OpenClaw）相比，我觉得产品形态没什么区别，顶多是上手流程更简单、界面更产品化，还能连上邮箱、手机卡和信用卡。 唯一改变的是做这件事的人换成了用户量很大的大厂，还给了很多免费额度；宣传的场景也从偏极客的工具，变成了帮你处理生活琐事的小助理。 国内想做同样的产品，每一步都有卡点： 1. 数据拿不到。海外的 SaaS 很开放，用户授权一下，Agent 就能读 Gmail、Slack、GitHub。国内读不到微信消息，也读不到外卖和购物记录，只拿到手机号和实名信息没什么用。 2. 模型难选。海外这几家用的都是顶级模型，国内最强的模型可能都比不上。而生活场景的容错率其实比办公更低 3. 定价不好定。比如用最强的国产模型 kimi k3，价格很高；不用最强的 呢，让它干点活儿，可能干了两三个小时、花掉好几块钱，效果还很烂～ 国内几家大厂的生态也都不完整：阿里有淘宝、闲鱼、支付宝，但拿不到微信和飞书里的消息；腾讯有微信，但自己的内容平台搜不出多少有用的信息； 字节的豆包手机形态很好，没过几天就被微信、支付宝、淘宝、美团屏蔽了。 平台不愿意开放也有它的道理。Agent 不看广告、不刷首页、也不会冲动下单，商家花钱买的曝光就没用了；社交渠道一旦可能被 AI 接管，大家还会怀疑对面是不是真人。 所以我觉得不用急着追这个概念。确实需要云电脑办公，就选一个模型强又便宜的，自己想办法打通上下文。 本地的 Agent 已经够用的话，没必要搬到云端。我自己日常也基本不用，Codex 和 Claude 就够了。更多人其实还没有使用它的场景。 btw 这是我用自己的视频录制工具做出来的第一期视频～ 终于成功了！view source ↗
