27, Indian Saas founder, Looking to connect with founders who are actually building. Not “let’s network.” I want to talk about: → what’s working → what’s broken → customers you can’t reach → systems you’re fixing → lessons you learned the hard way If you’re building something real, let’s connect. 27, Indian Saas founder, Looking to connect with founders who are actually building. AI was supposed to make this easier. In some ways it did. We ship in days what used to take months. But here's what I keep hearing from founders and engineers: ➣ Shipping faster doesn't mean you have more customers Everyone has the same AI tools, so everyone launches the same product. ➣ Speed is exhausting You can build all day now. So you do. And you're tired by lunch. ➣ Every new model release feels like a threat "Will my product even matter after the next model launch?" ➣ Distribution got harder not easier More launches, more cold emails, more AI content. Less attention for everyone. ➣ The internet feels louder and less real Half the timeline is people selling courses about building not actually building. ➣ "Build in public" turned into "perform in public" Fake screenshots, fake revenue, fake overnight wins. But here's what still works from what I've seen: - Solving one painful problem for one specific group of people - Talking to real users not just shipping features - Taste. AI can copy features but it can't copy care - Trust built slowly, posting real wins and real failures - Taking breaks before you burn out not after AI made building cheap. It made being trusted expensive. If you're feeling this, you're not behind. You're paying attention. What's been the hardest part of building this year? 👇view source ↗

🚨 Codex Users!! Dev community might hate this: No matter how fast or cheap other LLMs get, ChatGPT is still undefeated when it comes to conversational intuition & relatable explanations. Tone & delivery matter just as much as context size. Cursor is basically an AI wrapper + a VS Code fork, and it became a billion-dollar company. OpenRouter is essentially a layer for routing AI models and managing API keys, yet it’s valued in the billions. And thousands of B2C apps are simply integrating existing AI models and still generating serious revenue. The founder takeaway: Stop obsessing over whether your product is “just a wrapper.” Distribution, UX, positioning, retention, and solving a painful problem matter far more than how technically original your stack looks. You don’t get paid for building the most impressive architecture. You get paid for building something people want.view source ↗

Codex limits feel fine now with GPT-6.1-Sol as the daily driver. With Astra, the limits were a disaster, but now I'm not close to killing the sub. As per Arena's real usage cost-per-task data, you should get 5x more out of GPT-6.1-Sol than Astra. Codex limits feel fine now with GPT-6.1-Sol as the daily driver. OpenAI just showed a system called dots that stops answering questions and starts marking where the answer would have to come from. It returns no text. It returns no text. It returns points on your own data, each one a place the claim is either supported or is standing on nothing. > SPREAD - the question broken into the individual claims an answer would need > ANCHOR - each claim pinned to the exact span in your documents that carries it > VOID - claims with no span behind them left empty instead of being filled in > LINK - anchors connected where one claim depends on another holding first > READ - the finished map returned as points, never as a paragraph A normal answer hides its own gaps. The sentences are smooth, and the part with nothing underneath reads identically to the rest. Dots refuses that trade. An unsupported claim shows up as an empty point, impossible to skim past. The dependency links are the sharp part. One hollow anchor exposes every claim resting on top of it at once. That turns a wrong answer into a located problem. You see which document is missing, not just that something feels off. Fluency has been doing the convincing in every tool shipped so far. Here it has nothing to hide behind. The dot format and how the voids are scored are laid out in the breakdown below.view source ↗

A weird thing happens when your startup starts working: You finally have enough customers to see all the ways your product is bad. The early days are mostly guessing. Then the complaints get specific. That’s when building gets interesting.
