Today I asked Opus 5.5 to find bugs in my app, and it found 4. Then I asked GPT 6.0 Astra, and it found over 60. When I told Opus, it agreed that at least 50 needed fixing. Completely different strategy now. Here's my playbook for building paid web apps with AI: - Find ideas in the tools you use every day. What's missing in Codex, Cursor, Figma? - Revisit your old products and ask how you'd build them today - Use Opus 5.5 for front-end, Codex for harness - One-shot for a baseline, then break it into parts. Anyone can copy a one-shot - Name your stack and future needs up front: React + Vite, Supabase, Stripe - Give one quality reference per feature: Figma, Spline, Linear - Add an AI layer with APIs so the tool generates, not just displays - Have the AI score its work out of 10 and screenshot its own mistakes - Record a demo, post everywhere, paste feedback into your agent, ship If you care, the AI cares. If you need inspirations, get 20% off Mobbin: https://t.co/A84ZIRdYPI Prompt #1 Can you create an app based on my meeting notes? I want a tool that creates editable 2D and 3D mockups. I want to switch the screen and turn the results into marketing materials: YouTube covers, Twitter posts, motion design, mockups, and website creatives. I want to animate all of that. Use React and Vite. Use Supabase for the database and real-time collaboration, including teams and invitations for team members. Use Stripe Managed Payments for payments. References: {ref} for mockups; Figma for design and 2D tooling; Spline for 3D creation and options; Figma Community for the library; and Linear for the landing page. Self-verify until it's perfect. Prompt #2 Create an AI tool that lets me generate icons from a prompt. Use Claude, Higgsfield, or OpenAI. I'll log into the provider's website. Create the API key, store it securely server-side in Firebase or Supabase, and use it securely to generate new icons. Tell me if you need me to complete any steps. Prompt #3 Use Stripe Managed Payments. Set uview source ↗

The people who get real value out of agents might pay up to $1000 a month for them, but they are ~5% of user base, the people who casually use agents get almost no value out of them and cost the companies $1000 to keep them from churning. The business model for agents is the failure vector imo. One of the coolest things about Product Hunt is that you never know who’s checking out your launch. Right now, we're seeing folks from @GoogleCloudTech giving real-time feedback to indie makers. He kept using ChatGPT to figure out how to make his guitar sound like his favorite songs - but the answers sucked. He asked around on Reddit and in Instagram comments. Other guitarists had the exact same problem. Nobody had built the solution. Over Thanksgiving break, he vibe-coded V1 in a week using Cursor. Not a single line written by hand. Stack: Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Mailgun, OpenAI + Tavily APIs. He shipped it as a web app first, then followed with a native Swift mobile app using RevenueCat + Superwall. Then he did the thing most builders won’t: he put his face on camera and posted 3 times a day across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. The first video was cringe. His friends made fun of him. He kept going. The numbers, from his Stripe + RevenueCat dashboards: > $11,500 web revenue (last 4 weeks) > $14,000 mobile revenue (last 4 weeks) > 397 active mobile subscribers in month 1 > 1,400 new subscribers in 3 months > 100,000+ users total His playbook when a piece of content works: remake it 50 times with tiny variations, hire UGC creators to clone the format 60x/month, then pour ad spend on top. “Ride it until it dies. Then repeat.” Takeaway: pick a hobby you already do every week. Find the tiny annoyance nobody’s solved. Ship V1 tonight on the web. Charge for it tomorrow. Post about it every single day.view source ↗
