@RhysSullivan I think the problem is that everybody want to use elicitation as a security feature, but when you look at it in earnest, it's really not useful for that. At least, it's a massive footgun for exactly that usecase. @RhysSullivan I think the problem is that everybody want to use elicitation as a security feature, but when you look at it in earnest, it's really not useful for that. If I was Trump going into a big midterm loss, I would just go out with a bang: Cut entitlements & close the budget deficit It will crash the economy and he’ll be hated for 2 years—but history will remember him for saving the country. I knew he was trying. Then one night, we had a terrible argument about money. I was frustrated, exhausted and angry. I looked at him and said: “You don’t even have a job. You’re only making money because you’re driving MY car.” The second I said it, I regretted it.view source ↗

That's about $37 million per employee. And the model is the least valuable thing they bought. Affleck's logic, in his own words, was that public video models were trained on his peers' films, and he didn't think that was a real business. You can't sell studios a tool their own lawyers would sue over. So InterPositive raised money, spent 8 months shooting its own dataset on a controlled stage, and used that footage only for late-stage training, so output hits real production standards instead of demo-reel quality. Then comes the part Netflix actually paid for. Each new film fine-tunes a private model on its own dailies. The production keeps the footage and keeps the weights. Dailies might be the cleanest video training data on earth. Professionally lit, continuity tracked, shot at a ratio of hours of footage per usable minute, with every rights question already settled in the contracts. Hollywood generates this at industrial scale every day, and until now it all went into a vault after the edit. Affleck was on Rogan in January calling AI writing mid and the valuations overblown, while running this company in stealth since 2022. Turns out the two positions were consistent. Scraped models were the ones he called worthless. The one with clean title to everything it learned was the one he sold for half a billion. Netflix says around 300 of its titles have already used generative AI. The $587 million bought the pipeline that makes the next 300 defensible in court.view source ↗

Realtime backend production issue: Your Spring Boot service suddenly starts using 95%+ memory and eventually gets OOMKilled in production. CPU looks normal. How would you identify whether it’s a memory leak, large objects, cache growth, or traffic-related? YouTube plans to introduce AB testing for videos. I agree with many others that this is a bad idea. Maybe you squeeze out some more watch time in the short term, but undermining a sense of a shared viewing experience among the audience is too steep a price. Sonnet 5.5 builds. Fable 5.1 challenges. Opus 5.5 merges and ships Jev engineering runs the identical pattern one layer down: mechanical decisions that need no reasoning (which file to open, which tool to invoke, retry or abort) execute in 16ms, so the frontier models only wake up when execution paths actually diverge Plan on high. Delegate on medium. Keep the adversary on peer-to-peer call. - the full team setup > Opus 5.5 on high coordinates the session and synthesizes PRs > teammate-ux builds client state inside a separate git worktree > teammate-back writes endpoints and handles Redis atomic locks > teammate-adv runs invariant fuzzing and catches replay vulnerabilities > all teammates communicate directly over peer-to-peer messaging without coordinator drag > tasks.json manages file-level mutex locks so nobody steps on another worktree paste the setup and this prompt into Claude Code below: "Configure my Claude Code workspace for autonomous agent teams: 1. Audit ~/.claude/teams and .claude/teams for teammate profiles fitting ux, backend, and adversary > Generate definitions only for missing roles > Pin model: sonnet, effort: medium for workers, and model: fable for adversary > Assign each worker an isolated git worktree branchview source ↗
