Then he stopped applying as an individual engineer and showed up running a team of 30 agents. We offered him $850,000. I'm now running 30+ agents in a loop with /pstack. I shipped 1,000 PRs last month, and I'm aiming to double that this month. I woke up today to 20 already merged. My job is to build the team, not write code. 99% of engineers still use a single chat window. It's not a skill gap - it's a stack gap, and you can close it in one evening" /pstack → Loops → 30+ Agents → Overnight PRs → Autonomous Workflows In a 1-hour session, a SpaceXAI engineer breaks down how to build an AI agent team that works around the clock Research → Build → Launch → Improve Worth more than most $1,000 agentic engineering courses Bookmark and watch it todayview source ↗

Everyone on your list is someone you can sell to on the day without paying peak ad prices. A VIP list, people who signed up specifically for first access, outsells your normal list because they've already raised their hand. So get a VIP page live by mid-October and promise first access. Then actually deliver it: open the sale to VIPs a full week early with the best offer of the season, on a hidden page, emailed three days running. They spend more per order, and your sales spread across a week instead of getting crammed into one day.view source ↗

I built the LinkedIn ads playbook for @WisprFlow to push enterprise sales as a motion that cooked millions in revenue. Here’s the 15 step version of how I’d do LinkedIn ads right now if you’re a B2B SaaS company trying to drive real pipeline. Most people think LinkedIn doesn’t work because they treat it like Google Search. They run cold ads. They ask for a demo too early. They use generic company-page creative. Then they complain that clicks are expensive. LinkedIn works when you treat it like B2B distribution. Here’s the playbook: Start with the exact accounts you want to win Don’t start broad. Start with your ICP. Company size. Industry. Funding stage. Job titles. Seniority. Named accounts. Competitor users. Category-aware buyers. LinkedIn is powerful because you can get in front of the exact people who should know you exist. Build your account list first Before creative, before budget, before campaign structure. Build the account list. Your top 300. Your top 1,000. Your dream accounts. Your open opportunities. Your closed-lost accounts. Your high-intent website visitors. The better the list, the better the whole campaign gets. Stop only running ads from the company page Company-page ads are fine. But founder-led ads, creator-led and customer-led ads usually hit harder. People trust people more than logos. That’s the big shift. Turn founder POV into ads Your founder should be part of the media strategy. Strong founder POV works because it doesn’t feel like an ad. It feels like someone smart explaining the problem better than everyone else. For Wispr Flow, this matters because the product is in a category people already feel pain around: writing, speed, voice, workflow, productivity. The founder/person-led angle makes the product feel obvious. Use customer proof as creative This is probably the biggest unlock. Don’t just say you’re great. Let customers, users, creators, and operators say it. Take the best posts, testimoview source ↗

In the last few days I have had my agents write: 1. A word processing app in which I will write future books. It replaces Scrivener. 2. A script writing app in which I will write future video scripts. It replaces FinalDraft. 3. Crapper, a tool that measures and records CRAP statistics for projects. The tool handles many different languages, and adding new ones is easy. 4. Mutator, a tool that runs mutation tests and records the results. The tool handles many different languages and adding new ones is easy. 5. Dryer, a tool that runs duplication analysis on a project. The tools handles many different language and adding new ones is easy. 6. UML-Viewer, a tool that displays the structure of a project in a UMLish diagram that shows modules and dependencies and highlights dependency cycles. Clicking on a module displays it's contents; which may be deeper UML diagrams or, at the leaves, code. The tools color codes the modules to reflect their CRAP and Mutation scores, and as you drill down you can see those scores for each module and function. The tool understands many different languages, and adding new languages is easy. I recon that, last year, this would have been well over a man-year of effort. All these tools are in https://t.co/YlxQ9sHH6D. I advise you not to use them directly. Instead, point your agents at them and use them as templates to build the tools that are customized to your needs. The licenses are all BSD Zero, meaning that there are no strings. Do what you like.view source ↗

My attention is on those, not on what we just achieved. A friend recently reminded me how important it is to actually celebrate things. Looking back, there are things we’ve achieved at Orizon that felt incredibly hard when we were in the middle of them. I don’t think I’ve given myself much time to appreciate that. We make time for birthdays. We find reasons to get people together. I should probably treat some of these moments with the same attention. How do you make sure you celebrate milestones? And how often do you celebrate them?view source ↗

The best education you'll ever get comes from just trying shit. Most of what I know, I had no clue about a year ago. I didn't buy courses. I learned by jumping in, failing, and figuring it out. You learn more from an hour of being stuck than ten hours of watching someone. The best education you'll ever get comes from just trying shit. Most of what I know, I had no clue about a year ago. But a shot is not a video. A video needs a hook, music, captions, cuts on the beat, and a point that lands. Hundreds of tiny choices. Most tools do the first one and leave. Here's what Manus does from one sentence: → Searches the web to see what's worth making → Writes the script → Generates the shots → Adds music, voiceover, sound effects, captions → Writes code for motion graphics and charts → Screenshots its own work. Fixes what looks off. In one test, it worked out how to make slow motion on its own. Nobody taught it. In another, it flagged that one stat came from a fan page and said "double check before posting." Here's the part nobody is talking about: It hands you back the editable timeline. Every shot, caption, song, and effect on its own layer. Lower the music. Only the music moves. Drag clips with your mouse. Or just say "tighten this part." Both edit the same project. And it works with your real footage too. Point it at a folder. 125 clips. 2 hours. It picked the best moments and cut an 11-minute video. You bring the taste. It brings the hands. Save this. You'll want this setup later. Want the SOP? DM me. 💬view source ↗
