For years founders bragged about how big their teams were. “We just crossed 100 employees.” “We're hiring 50 people this year.” But with AI... I wonder if the flex starts going the other direction. If 2 startups are doing $10M in revenue and one needs 100 people while the other needs 15. I'd have a lot of questions.. Smaller teams can move way faster. There are way fewer meetings. Way less management and way less overhead. And potentially way more profit. I think we're going to see some insanely valuable companies built by teams that would've looked way too small just a few years ago.
