For both of them you need real estate and land though Real estate and land also one of the few scarce resources left in a post-AGI world where almost every good becomes almost free If you told me a decade ago I'd want to buy real estate and land I'd call you crazy, but post-AGI it makes a lot of sense I thinkview source ↗
