I live in the best timeline. Working in open source and being able to try out tools in a real world environment is so awesome. I can actually see which tools are just hype, and which ones are genuinely useful. Truly enjoy doing it and posting reviews. I live in the best timeline. We usually think about AI understanding text, images, or code. But understanding how objects move, interact, and react could be just as important if we want AI agents and robots to operate in the real world. Official Anthropic tip for Claude Code: stop burning Opus 5.5 context on work Haiku 5.5 can swarm while Sonnet 5.5 builds put the architect on call with /advisor claude --advisor opus --subagents haiku Sonnet 5.5 runs the main session on high effort, writing diffs and running the test suites Haiku 5.5 subagents swarm the repo in parallel at 340 tok/s, handling file discovery and spec docs lookup Opus 5.5 stays on call in the background as the advisor, stepping in at only three critical moments: → before a plan locks: does the implementation plan miss auth invariants or schema contracts? → when a test breaks twice: are we fixing the root cause or sliding into a recursive rabbit hole? → before calling done: did the full diff sneak in hidden regressions or break pre-flight rules? Opus 5.5 reviews. Sonnet 5.5 builds. Haiku 5.5 swarms Jev engineering runs the exact same pattern one layer down: mechanical decisions that need no reasoning (which file to open, which tool to call, retry or abort) resolve in 16ms, so the frontier models only wake up when execution paths actually split Plan on high. Delegate on medium. Keep Opus on call. - the full advisor setup > Opus 5.5 on call reads the full session history and catches deep architecture traps > Sonnet 5.5 lead drives the edits, writes the core logic and runs the test harnesses > Haiku 5.5 subagents swarm AST parsing, grep scans and API docs in parallel > JEV micro-fork layer settles 1,500+ mechanical routing branches in under 16ms > the advisor stays completely silent on routine bash so your context stays clean paste the setup and this prompt into Claude Code: "Set up my Claude Code workspace for hierarchical advisor orchestration: 1. Audit ~/.claude/settings.json and the project config for model roles across lead, subagents and advisor: > Pin the main session model: sonnet with effortLevel: high for primary execution > Pin the subagents model: haiku with effortLevel: medium for parallel file discoverview source ↗

Everything is digital, built around a self-paced learning platform. Not to forget, we play around 5K bracket, which is a small amount to scale upon. And we still do solid numbers every month. Building and scaling this model has taught us so much. The learning curve for all of us has been massive. Sometimes I look at what we’ve built and think how far we have come ❤️view source ↗

But here's what actually happens: you attract people who only buy cheap things. They don't implement what you teach. They don't get results. They don't spend more with you. You wasted time and energy for $7. Here's the psychology most people get wrong. A cheap product isn't meant to be your main revenue driver. It's a trust builder. A commitment device. A filter. But it only works if you have an expensive product behind it. Here's how it actually works: Step 1: Cheap product gets people in the door ($7-$27). Step 2: They implement. They get results. They trust you now. Step 3: You offer the expensive product ($97+). Step 4: Because they already got results from the cheap product, they believe you. The expensive product converts. But if you only have the cheap product? It fails. Because cheap product buyers are cheap product buyers. They're not going to suddenly buy your $297 product. You've trained them to only buy at $7. The psychology is simple: commitment. When someone spends $7, they're barely committed. They bought on impulse. When someone spends $97, they're committed. They made a decision. That's why cheap products filter for tire-kickers. Expensive products filter for serious people. So here's the rule: cheap products work as step 1 in a funnel. Alone, they're a waste of time. Pair them with your expensive offer and they become your best customer acquisition tool.view source ↗
