Just log in with all your Codex and Claude accounts, then tell your agent to use xcb. Personally, I like asking my agent to create long-running jobs that scale parallelism based on load and available usage. xcb exposes pretty much every feature in Claude Code and Codex, so you create whatever custom setup you want (you can even build apps on top of it). I'm going to China for a month, and I plan to leave several herds of agents running on one of my laptops, shepherded by xcb. Tell your agent to set it up: https://t.co/SUSF3PQhWUview source ↗

I spent 190B tokens ($93k at API prices) in one month. I was using 30 AI subscriptions, so my actual spend was $6k. That's a 16X discount – not bad. I changed 17.6M lines of code across 7,927 commits, averaging 264 commits per day (87% via PRs), and burning 300M tokens/hour. I changed 17.6M lines of code across 7,927 commits, averaging 264 commits per day (87% via PRs), and burning 300M tokens/hour. The system was running 24/7 – I spent tokens in 90% of the hours over 30 days. Why? Mostly for the sheer thrill of experiencing peak token velocity. The latest generation of models is really good. If you have a good setup, single prompts will run for hours unattended. The obvious takeaway is that you should do more in parallel. If you can handle the parallel cognitive load of 30+ projects at a time, you really can make progress on all of them in parallel. Most engineers probably don't do this because they're too distracted: there's always something else to check (like your X feed) while you wait for your agent. Instead of getting distracted, you should be loading up on more parallel projects. I'm pretty confident this will become the new normal in 2027. Sure, some workers will simply let the agents cook and coast on their newfound free time – but they'll eventually fall behind in their careers. The best software engineers will return to their natural state: hoodie-wearing flow-state junkies, teetering on the brink of cognitive overload. Everyone always asks me what I'm building. The most exciting projects aren't quite ready to share, but I made a bunch of tools for tokenmaxxing that I use daily. I'll share 2 of them below:view source ↗

Tesla FSD already turns a car into autonomous transportation. It's one of the most impressive products I've ever used. My 83-year-old father told me he didn't think he'd be able to drive much longer. Then he got Tesla FSD and can maintain independence. Now your Tesla can also back up your house. The biggest drawback of battery backup vs. a gas generator has always been limited capacity. This largely solves it. If your Powerwall runs out after two days, drive to a Supercharger, charge for 30 minutes, come home, and you've got roughly another two days of whole-home backup.view source ↗

Android Studio, React Native, the usual stuff. For a college internship, my first assignment was to build an e-commerce app with a cart and all that. At the time, I knew a clothing brand called Ether, so I was using their images as assets. I even named my project “Ether” because it sounded cool. And while building it, I somehow stumbled into Ethereum and crypto. It was covid, so I started doing Coursera courses and also spent 3–4 months editing ed-tech videos. Then I needed an actual internship. Randomly, I checked the company I had been doing editing work for and found out they had completely pivoted into Web3. I was like, “wait… what?” Reached out. Got an interview. Got in. And honestly, I learned almost everything there. Mostly self-taught because for everyone there web3 was a new subject, with some really good seniors around me, and a ridiculous amount of ETHGlobal hackathons. That was probably the biggest advantage I had getting into crypto. Fast forward ~4 years. For a while, being a blockchain developer was enough. The demand was there, the hype was there, and I never really had a reason to question it. Now the hype is gone, and I’ve started questioning everything. Why am I still here? Should I have pivoted earlier? I’ll forever be grateful for this community and for choosing this technology when I did. It gave me opportunities, friends, a career, and experiences I probably wouldn't have found anywhere else. But... I think I’ve realised something I wish I understood earlier: If you start your entire career inside one niche, you can miss a lot of the fundamentals that make you a good engineer outside that niche. It also made me question the whole idea of degrees. I spent years getting a Computer Engineering degree, but honestly, someone from mechanical, civil, electrical or literally any background can learn to code if they put in the work. And nview source ↗

Building your first home, you’ll be tempted to go big, especially when you’ve spent a good chunk of your life living in small spaces. But trust me, you don’t need to. The cleanest way to stay current without trend-chasing: Track behavior, not vocabulary. What are buyers doing differently? What work moved from person to agent? What new risk entered the decision? What old advantage became free? Trends fade. Changed behavior rewrites strategy. The cleanest way to stay current without trend-chasing: Track behavior, not vocabulary. Great showcase of Orca’s orchestrator in action. Parallel review councils are just one way to use Orca's built-in orchestrator. you can pair any combination of coordinator and worker agents to build custom, end-to-end multi-agent workflows.
