The scripts you've got Claude writing need authentication with something and most people use .env. I'm not comfortable letting an agent see and use my tokens however it likes (if the script doesn't do what it wants it can just use the token directly in a new script, or worse). With Kody, not only does the agent not see the secret, but you can also lock it down and prevent the agent from using it any other way than through your deterministic code. Go ahead and use your god-level token for vercel, you can have control over exactly what the agent does with it if you want. And you can use any password manager for secrets too if you like. Kody can hold them, or 1Password, or bitwarden, or your own thing. It's that flexible. Not to mention some services don't allow PATs and require OAuth and Kody has genetic support for that so setting that up is easier than doing something local/ ad hoc.view source ↗

Their tests show: → Up to 200x faster → Up to 400x cheaper The crazy part? The model might not be your bottleneck anymore. The harness around it can make a massive difference in both speed and cost. Here's how I'd use this to get ahead: Give the PDF + article to Claude Code or Codex. Ask it to rebuild its own setup around Jev. Pick the most expensive agent workflow your team runs. Benchmark the old vs. new setup and take the cost savings to your manager. One evening of work could save your team a serious amount of money. And you'll be the person who figured out how to make your coding agents faster and cheaper while everyone else is still paying the old bill. 👀 Make the benchmark claims more preciseMake the opening hook more specific https://t.co/W9XY9ne0X0view source ↗

I’ve never even been to the US. I don’t really understand the purchasing behavior or social trends there, yet 70% of our users come from that market. I’m not a genius. I just worked hard every single day for 3 years. The first 2 years were terrible. No profit, just time and money going down the drain. But I kept going, learning, making mistakes, fixing problems, and trying again. I’ve been sharing this journey with you here, including the struggles along the way. If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that you don’t need to know everything before you start. You just need to be patient, educate yourself, and not give up when you hit your first few barriers. I hope this motivates someone who’s struggling right now. No matter how long it takes, keep learning, keep building, and don’t stop until you make it.view source ↗

The cheap models grind. paste this into claude code 👇 Add this to ~/.claude/settings.json. Keep every hook, permission and plugin I already have. Then create the two agent files below and show me the diff. ```json { "model": "opusplan", "advisorModel": "opus", "effortLevel": "medium", "modelSettings": { "claude-opus-5-5": { "effortLevel": "high" }, "claude-sonnet-5-5": { "effortLevel": "medium" } }, "env": { "CLAUDE_CODE_SUBAGENT_MODEL": "haiku" } } ``` ~/.claude/agents/scout.md ``` --- name: scout description: finds code fast. returns file paths and line numbers only. model: haiku tools: Read, Grep, Glob --- Locate exactly what was asked. Return file:line. No fixes. No opinions. ``` ~/.claude/agents/critic.md ``` --- name: critic description: reviews a diff or plan before any task is called done model: opus tools: Read, Grep, Bash --- Assume this is broken. Find how it fails. One line per issue, worst first. ```view source ↗

I’ve worked with CapCut, Higgsfield, Epidemic Sound, ElevenLabs and a lot of other AI companies. The big ones get it. Most of the rest need a better marketing person on their team. Here’s the mistake I keep seeing: They ask for a dedicated video about their tool. “Introducing [Tool]. Here’s what it does.” Okay, but what will that change for the viewer? It’s a boring video, and nobody clicks on it in the first place. What actually works: Introduce the product naturally, as the solution to a problem the viewer already has. I did this recently. I made a video about a money-making method. The method had a problem, and I brought in one tool as the fix. That one video generated 500+ leads. Same tool. Same creator. Different approach. If you’re an AI company working with creators, stop paying for tool intros. Pay for problems solved on screen.view source ↗
