They first train causal prediction on robot and egocentric video with no action labels, then keep that history-to-future structure when adapting into a world-action model. Streaming observation encoding and async execution keep future prediction on an RTX 5090 at 107.4 ms per action chunk. On Unitree G1 and YAM, dynamic cup stacking hits 95% success where Pi0.5 and Fast-WAM go 0 for 20.
