Most of us have an inner voice that does the maths at a moment like this. I certainly admit to having such a voice. It assesses the odds and tells us when the rational thing is to accept defeat. Sujeet clearly has another voice. One that says: Not yet. He kept going. 9-2 became 10-9. And an Asian Games gold. The lesson goes well beyond the wrestling mat. When I look back, I realise that some of my key successes in business came when I listened to my other voice that fought the rational one and simply refused to throw in the towel. There are times to listen to reason. And there are times to tell it to wait. It ain’t over till it’s over. #MondayMotivationview source ↗

The idea of creating a digital version of an employee sounds incredibly attractive. Imagine capturing how your best salesperson approaches a customer, how an experienced engineer diagnoses a problem, or how a senior leader evaluates a difficult trade-off, and then making some version of that expertise available across the organization. My first reaction is that this could become an extraordinary competitive advantage. My second is that we need to be very careful about what we think we're copying. A digital twin can potentially capture patterns, knowledge, preferences, examples, and decision histories. But expertise is not simply a database of previous choices because experienced people also know when their own rules should be broken. That difference matters. If we treat a digital twin as a copy of the employee, we risk confusing 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗷𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. Yesterday's best decision may become tomorrow's bad decision because the customer changed, the market moved, or an exception appeared that the historical record never encountered. This is where I think the orchestration question becomes more interesting than the cloning question. Instead of asking, "How accurately can we reproduce Sarah?", I would ask: → Which parts of Sarah's expertise can be made explicit? → Which decisions can safely be delegated? → Where does ambiguity still require Sarah herself? → How will the digital version change as Sarah's own judgment evolves? In my opinion, the real competitive advantage won't come from creating digital copies of your best people. It will come from understanding their expertise deeply enough to know 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗹𝘆. What do you think? Will digital twins scale our best employees, or could they freeze yesterday's expertise into tomorrow's decisions? #HumanAgentOrchestrator #DigitalTwins #FutureOfWork #AgenticAI #HumanJudgmentview source ↗

I asked her why, because the picture was beautiful. She said, “My husband told me to take it down.” I laughed because I thought he was just being private. Then she showed me the message he sent her: “Delete the post now. You had no right to put that there.” I looked at the picture again. It was just her. No husband. No wedding guests. No names. So I asked her, “What exactly did you put there?” She turned her phone toward me. Under the picture, she had written:view source ↗
