For both of them you need real estate and land though Real estate and land also one of the few scarce resources left in a post-AGI world where almost every good becomes almost free If you told me a decade ago I'd want to buy real estate and land I'd call you crazy, but post-AGI it makes a lot of sense I thinkview source ↗

• twitter 1w positiveThird release this week: Pancake now works inside Claude. Tell Claude who you want to reach and it builds the Play. It checks the cost with you first, then brings back leads scored for fit. When they look right, it adds them to your sequence. Took me wayyy too long to get through the first few, but slowly getting back into the flow. 😭 → Started LLD from scratch. Trying to understand the framework first, then getting into design principles and OOP concepts. → Spent a few hours applying for jobs too. Getting interview calls these days feels so tough. 🥲 Honestly, I don’t know how people are getting so many calls. Also, fixing my sleep schedule because it is currently fucked. 💀 Sleeping at 4 AM is definitely not helping. So, sleeping early today → waking up early tomorrow. Day 2/?? 🧊 Showing up > being perfect.view source ↗
