Haiku picks the same plans as Opus 5.5 and Sonnet 5.5 but stops at the first working version: no tensor cores outside the MoE, and many small launches where the bigger models fuse into one. Keeping their work auditable is the hard part. Brigade is a local file-first control plane for teams coordinating coding agents across tools, repos, and sessions. It helps you keep work trackable by organizing tasks, verification receipts, shared memory, and tool configuration around the agent workflow. Key features: • Ready-work claims – lists unblocked tasks and uses atomic claims to prevent two agents taking the same item • Verification receipts – records the command, real exit code, and Git state when a check runs through Brigade • Owner-mediated handoffs – routes memory notes through an owner policy, with ambiguous or risky notes waiting for review • Dry-run-first projection – previews MCP servers, tools, and skills before writing them into an agent harness • Local-first operation – uses a machine-local JSON work ledger, with no daemon required for ordinary use It’s open-source (MIT license). "They can't go see their relatives in London, their girlfriends in Paris, or their money in Switzerland," Bessent says. He adds that the U.S. is continuing maritime interdictions and cryptocurrency seizures, while arguing that Iran cannot stop oil shipments through the Strait of Hormuz. | @foxandfriendsview source ↗

First night: $2,180 profit. Starting capital: $52. Total so far: $186,000. The bot watches 40+ pairs across Binance, Bybit and OKX every 800ms. It only enters when the price gap is already confirmed on one exchange and still open on another. No prediction. No chart watching. Just speed. He wrote the full logic in Claude Code, connected the APIs, and let it run. Most people are still manually checking charts. This setup finds the gap and exits before the spread closes. I'm giving the exact Claude Code prompt + setup for free (24 hours). 1. Comment " ARB " 2. Like & RT 3. Follow @monicaa_AI so I can DM it.view source ↗

When electric tools were invented… I’m really trying to pretend this is true so RC doesn’t get steamrolled, but the more I think about it, the less I buy it. 1. Historically, the production of many types of goods have decreased dramatically in complexity and it didn’t transition to everyone just building it themselves. When electric tools were invented, did everyone transition to making their own furniture? Did the word processor end the book industry? Did the camera end the art industry? None of these quite match what we’re seeing but I haven’t found a case where humans have de-specialized. 2. Most consumers are exactly that, consumers. They are much lower agency than your average software person, probably lower creativity, and aren’t going to start building their own novel solutions to problems all of a sudden. Perhaps the models get so good they can do it somewhat transparently, but that would still require dictating requirements to the models, which itself is not something most consumers will be great at. And part of making “good” software is being opinionated. Models, due to the efforts of alignment, are limited in what they can say no to. The user asks for something that makes the software worse? “You’re absolutely right!” I’m not sure that taste and alignment are fully compatible. 3. Nothing ever happens. I think software will evolve, and what was a successful app three years ago will be very different three years from now, but it just doesn’t seem likely that after 10,000 years of increasing specialization and craftsmanship, humans will just resort to self reliance all of sudden. We want the expert opinion of other humans. We are interested in novel tools and experiences. Software products often bring with them community and identity that won’t go away. I just think an amplified version of the current trajectory more plausible than a complete reversal. Tell me why I’m wrong!view source ↗
