First night: $2,180 profit. Starting capital: $52. Total so far: $186,000. The bot watches 40+ pairs across Binance, Bybit and OKX every 800ms. It only enters when the price gap is already confirmed on one exchange and still open on another. No prediction. No chart watching. Just speed. He wrote the full logic in Claude Code, connected the APIs, and let it run. Most people are still manually checking charts. This setup finds the gap and exits before the spread closes. I'm giving the exact Claude Code prompt + setup for free (24 hours). 1. Comment " ARB " 2. Like & RT 3. Follow @monicaa_AI so I can DM it.view source ↗

Historically, the production of many types of goods have decreased dramatically in complexity and it didn’t transition to everyone just building it themselves. When electric tools were invented, did everyone transition to making their own furniture? Did the word processor end the book industry? Did the camera end the art industry? None of these quite match what we’re seeing but I haven’t found a case where humans have de-specialized. 2. Most consumers are exactly that, consumers. They are much lower agency than your average software person, probably lower creativity, and aren’t going to start building their own novel solutions to problems all of a sudden. Perhaps the models get so good they can do it somewhat transparently, but that would still require dictating requirements to the models, which itself is not something most consumers will be great at. And part of making “good” software is being opinionated. Models, due to the efforts of alignment, are limited in what they can say no to. The user asks for something that makes the software worse? “You’re absolutely right!” I’m not sure that taste and alignment are fully compatible. 3. Nothing ever happens. I think software will evolve, and what was a successful app three years ago will be very different three years from now, but it just doesn’t seem likely that after 10,000 years of increasing specialization and craftsmanship, humans will just resort to self reliance all of sudden. We want the expert opinion of other humans. We are interested in novel tools and experiences. Software products often bring with them community and identity that won’t go away. I just think an amplified version of the current trajectory more plausible than a complete reversal. Tell me why I’m wrong!view source ↗

Use a hook like “5 ways to…” or “Here’s exactly why…” Prompt ChatGPT to generate 5 slides for your hook, with less than 20 words per slide. Put your CTA on slide 4 with 2 screenshots of your app. Keep it subtle. It shouldn’t feel like a promotion. Provide REAL value. If your slideshow actually helps people, people more likely or engage with it. The goal is to make people actually watch the content first and then discover your app naturally.view source ↗

Give it the raw material: "Review our demo, sales-call recording, current site, competitor list, and product notes. Extract our audience, product, features, benefits, outcomes, and current claims. Flag contradictions." 2. Make it choose a position: "Write 3 positioning options. For each, include the problem we solve, who cares most, why now, and what we should stop saying. Recommend one." 3. Turn the choice into a grid: "Create a positioning statement, functional description, problem framing, value proposition, and supporting arguments. Keep each section short enough for a sales call." 4. Test it against the market: "Compare this position with our top 3 competitors. Show where we win, where they win, and what to say when a prospect names each one." Then turn the winning version into: → homepage headings → sales-call language → an outbound hook → one objection response That is the minimum viable messaging system: one story your site, sales team, and outreach can actually use. If your team still says "let me explain what we do," the file is not finished.view source ↗
