Here’s the mistake I keep seeing: They ask for a dedicated video about their tool. “Introducing [Tool]. Here’s what it does.” Okay, but what will that change for the viewer? It’s a boring video, and nobody clicks on it in the first place. What actually works: Introduce the product naturally, as the solution to a problem the viewer already has. I did this recently. I made a video about a money-making method. The method had a problem, and I brought in one tool as the fix. That one video generated 500+ leads. Same tool. Same creator. Different approach. If you’re an AI company working with creators, stop paying for tool intros. Pay for problems solved on screen.view source ↗
