Everything is digital, built around a self-paced learning platform. Not to forget, we play around 5K bracket, which is a small amount to scale upon. And we still do solid numbers every month. Building and scaling this model has taught us so much. The learning curve for all of us has been massive. Sometimes I look at what we’ve built and think how far we have come ❤️view source ↗

• twitter 1w positiveThe Cheap Product Trap You have a $97 course. Nobody's buying. So you think: I'll make it $7. That'll get people interested. Sales go up. You feel good. They don't spend more… The Cheap Product Trap You have a $97 course. Nobody's buying. So you think: I'll make it $7. That'll get people interested. Sales go up. You feel good. But here's what actually happens: you attract people who only buy cheap things. They don't implement what you teach. They don't get results. They don't spend more with you. You wasted time and energy for $7. Here's the psychology most people get wrong. A cheap product isn't meant to be your main revenue driver. It's a trust builder. A commitment device. A filter. But it only works if you have an expensive product behind it. Here's how it actually works: Step 1: Cheap product gets people in the door ($7-$27). Step 2: They implement. They get results. They trust you now. Step 3: You offer the expensive product ($97+). Step 4: Because they already got results from the cheap product, they believe you. The expensive product converts. But if you only have the cheap product? It fails. Because cheap product buyers are cheap product buyers. They're not going to suddenly buy your $297 product. You've trained them to only buy at $7. The psychology is simple: commitment. When someone spends $7, they're barely committed. They bought on impulse. When someone spends $97, they're committed. They made a decision. That's why cheap products filter for tire-kickers. Expensive products filter for serious people. So here's the rule: cheap products work as step 1 in a funnel. Alone, they're a waste of time. Pair them with your expensive offer and they become your best customer acquisition tool.view source ↗

A majority of them flopped (I was a 19 y/o kid with little experience), but here was the gist: - Quick intro of who I was - The work I've done so far - Specific problems I could solve Pitch decks like these give you the permission to create your own role. With traditional job hunting, you're hoping at the off-chance that a recruiter might just glimpse at your application. With permissionless work, you're in direct control of the company + founders you want to work with – even if it means trying/failing a number of times. Only need one yes to change everything (and it actually does work out).view source ↗
