But these 28 push them a lot further. Engines (the code that makes things move): 1. three.js → Build 3D scenes, cameras and light. 2. anime.js → Animate text, shapes and SVG. 3. motion → Add smooth, springy motion to sites. 4. react-three-fiber → Build 3D scenes from React. 5. lottie-web → Play After Effects files on the web. 6. gsap → Time every move to the exact frame. Renderers (turn it all into a video file): 7. ffmpeg → Cut, join and convert any video. 8. remotion → Make MP4s with React 9. hyperframes → Turn an HTML page into an MP4. 10. manim → Animate maths and diagrams. 11. motion-canvas → Code explainers, live preview. 12. revideo → Render code-built video on a server. UI parts (ready-made pieces that move): 13. shadcn/ui → The base the kits below plug into. 14. react-bits → Add animated text and backgrounds. 15. magicui → Drop in animated landing page parts. 16. motion-primitives → Add moving text and UI. 17. magic-mcp → Build UI from a parts library. Sound (voice, music and captions): 18. whisper → Turn a voiceover into timed captions. 19. tone.js → Make music and sound in code. 20. wavesurfer.js → Draw moving audio waveforms. 21. elevenlabs/skills → Voice and SFX (account needed). Skills and MCPs (teach Claude the tools): 22. anthropics/skills → Add art, canvas and GIF skills. 23. mcp-for-blender → Let Claude drive Blender in 3D. 24. gsap-skills → Teach Claude correct GSAP. 25. remotion/skills → Teach Claude Remotion. 26. threejs-skills → Teach Claude Three.js scenes. 27. after-effects-mcp → Drive After Effects (paid). 28. motion-graphics-skills → My 13 motion skills. So start with one engine and one renderer. Repost ♻️ to help someone in your network.view source ↗

The engineers I've seen who have the edge are ambitious and have been grinding with agents for years on the job at this point. It's a compounding effect. For teams still unsure or catching up, the smartest thing I can advise is to be even more ambitious and aggressively share what you learn with your peers. If you do all this work privately, only you benefit. If your team only gets to experiment with AI after hours, you've quietly told them using it doesn't count. Senior engineers should be the first to make this shift. Their decades of taste in system design and failure modes is the secret sauce that makes agent output good. They should direct their experience to building with agents better safety. Then show whats working to others to replicate.view source ↗

What many lack is a clear way to find waste, measure improvements, and make the case for fixing it. There’s an opportunity to turn that interest into normal engineering work. 💡 https://t.co/KiNHc9EN0yview source ↗

Last night my agents shipped 90 new changes to Kong Royale. ( 50 person battle royale im building ) i wake up to MASSIVE improvements everywhere. the agents make changes to the stream, my production setup, our discord, etc... He argues the bottleneck is no longer AI models but how fast the world adapts to them. Even if models stopped improving today, decades of economic upheaval would still follow, and that gap between technology and adoption is where new companies get built. 10 years ago, startups fought giants with cleverness and fewer resources. With AI agents, a small team can now compete head-on with incumbents, like a mecha Goliath against a traditional one. He calls it a once-in-a-civilization window for anyone with a vision and ambition. It won't stay open forever.view source ↗

Patrick Forquer joined at ~$3.5M. they exited last year at $70M. hit $100M at the start of this year. and he says TWO GTM decisions mattered most: 1. treat the pilot like the sale when you're creating a category, customers don't already know what “good” looks like. so Legora made the pilot elite: • education • adoption • ROI • use-case discovery • responsiveness • actually delivering value before the contract most customers tried before they bought. 2. hire 2 post-sale people for every 1 pre-sale hire implementation. change management. ongoing transformation. because as he puts it: “unless people actually implement and use it… all the ARR, our growth doesn't matter.” a lot of AI companies obsess over getting the deal. Legora obsessed over making sure the product actually became part of how the customer worked. this 4-minute clip is probably one of the best GTM breakdowns I've seen from a company scaling this fast.view source ↗
