His name is Ken. He spent 12 years in big tech (Amazon, then Meta) and hadn’t written a line of code in 4 years when he started. He built Harpagia, a text-based idle RPG, using AI tools like Cursor and ChatGPT. For the first 6 months, growth was slow. Then he made ONE Reddit post. Revenue jumped from ~$1K/month to $10K/month almost overnight. He quit Meta that same month. The wild part: only a few hundred active users generate over $100K/year. His stack is dead simple and cheap to run ($0 on ads). His stack: > Cursor (code editor) >ChatGPT (brainstorming + icon touch-ups) > React Native (frontend) > Firebase (backend, auth, analytics) > Vercel (web hosting) > Discord Nitro (community) > Unity Asset Store + Gamedev Market (prepackaged art) > Fiverr + Upwork (freelance screenshots, icons, videos) The peak? $18K/month. All from Reddit posts that often got roasted in the comments - turns out criticism drives the most traction. His #1 piece of advice: “If you’re not embarrassed by your V1, V2, or maybe even your V5, you’re probably not shipping early enough.”view source ↗

You get a URL that forwards events to your environment, or opt in to have them held and replayed for up to 24h for added durability if it's down. No Connect? Bring your own public URL. For now it's quite "raw" (checks hmac signatures and forwards the event to your prompt template), but will add some UX sugar on top in coming releases. If you don't use T3 Connect you can of course also bring your own public URL that triggers the task.view source ↗

I have a cool advantage here: I've talked one-on-one with founders backed by al6z. I've heard them work through ideas in real time, change their minds halfway through an answer, and light up when we hit the thing they understand better than anyone else. That's what I want to find in your application. Bring me a finished draft, half-written answers, or an idea you can't quite explain yet. We'll have one call. I'll keep asking questions until we get to the good stuff, then send you a complete draft built from your answers. If I love the idea, I'll introduce you to an a16z-backed founder who understands what you're building. I know enough of them to find the right person. Not promising that though, otherwise it wouldn't mean anything. Comment "Speedrun" and I'll walk you through the process.view source ↗
