Just posting every day, meeting people, replying, learning and trying to provide value. And honestly, the biggest lesson I’ve learned so far is simple: Consistency compounds. You don’t need every post to go viral. You just need to keep showing up long enough for the right people to find you. I’ve met so many interesting people here already, and that’s probably what I’m most excited about. Now I’m getting close to launching my first product. The follower count is cool. But building something people actually want? That’s the real goal. Back to building. 🚀view source ↗

They have a last mile problem. You know your stuff. The last mile is getting what's in your head in front of the people who can buy from you. Here's the system I'd run to close that gap, step by step. 1. Stop trying to think of ideas Your best content already exists. It's in your sales calls, client calls, and the answers you give over and over. Record your calls. Pull out every question a prospect asks and every time you explain something with conviction. That's your content bank. 2. Do one interview a month Have someone ask you questions for an hour. Push back on your answers. Ask "why" until you get to the real opinion. One hour of talking gives you more usable material than a week of staring at a blank page. 3. Write for the buyer, not the algorithm Before you post, name the one person you want to read it. If they couldn't buy from you, wouldn't care, and will never talk to you, their likes don't matter. 4. Exclude as much as you include Content should repel the wrong people as much as it attracts the right ones. If everyone agrees with a post, it isn't saying anything. 5. Turn every answer into 3 formats One insight becomes: > a short text post > a graphic or screenshot > a short video of you saying it Same idea. Three ways in. 6. Post daily Daily is the entry fee. It's not the strategy. I've posted every day for 5+ years. My first 7 months on X: 8,000 followers and $0. Today it's 500k+ audience and $6M+ from my personal brand. The reps came first. The money followed. 7. Judge it on a long clock We had a client that posted for 9 months and got 150+ leads in 2 weeks off a piece of content. Most people quit right where the numbers mean the least. The whole system takes 30 to 60 minutes a week of your time once it's running. More content won't close the last mile. A system will. Lesson 2 next week: why tview source ↗
