It ended up doing: - 334,800 impressions - 14,250 website clicks - 400+ enquiries Which is ridiculous for a tweet that took about 30 seconds to write. Now before you think we had 400 dream leads, a lot of the … Last week I posted this silly 9-word tweet about our new website and it got us 400+ enquiries in 24 hours. It ended up doing: - 334,800 impressions - 14,250 website clicks - 400+ enquiries Which is ridiculous for a tweet that took about 30 seconds to write. Now before you think we had 400 dream leads, a lot of the enquiries were junk. But once we filtered through everything, we still had 6-figures in legitimate pipeline. From one tweet. The internet is so stupid sometimes. You can spend weeks planning a campaign that nobody cares about. Then you write 9 words in 30 seconds and suddenly 14,250 people clicked through to your website. A good reminder that we overcomplicate marketing way too much. Really it’s just: 1. Make something good 2. Say something worth paying attention to 3. Put it out there 4.
