• twitter 4h positive@ValencianaAbel You could have them pool the accounts (i.e. CLIProxy) and disable all models other than Sonnet and still net cheaper, smarter, faster and better than on-prem hardware. Don't try to make this about the cost. You WILL lose. The numbers do not work out in favor of local AI. @ValencianaAbel You could have them pool the accounts (i.e. CLIProxy) and disable all models other than Sonnet and still net cheaper, smarter, faster and better than on-prem hardware. Generated. Content. It's word of mouth with a camera pointed at it. The strongest form of marketing that has ever existed. Facebook and Uber became #1 without ever needing a billboard to explain themselves. People told other people, and the product did the rest. That's all good UGC is. Somebody talking about your app because they mean it. The second you hand a creator a script telling them how to speak, what kind of energy to bring and which 12 value props they have to mention, you've turned word of mouth into a bad ad. And people can tell it's an ad in milliseconds, so they scroll. So let's look at what's winning instead. A creator for Emma, a language app, opens on her own face, crying, mascara running down her cheeks. The text on the video says: "Why English is so hard". Then she picks up her phone and the AI tutor tells her: "It's 'bologna,' but we say it like 'baloney.'" Frame 1 is a mess. That's exactly WHY it works. People are drowning in MrBeast-style edits and polished dopamine slop. What they crave is a real person, a real feeling and an honest finding. The same thing happens in the comments when you let it. We saw it with SpoilMe, an invite-only app we run UGC for. Someone asked "Im scared to put my credit card info on there is it safe?". 10 replies came back, real users talking each other into the app. Clipping, AI avatars and paid ads all live on the outside of that conversation, trying to buy their way in. This is the whole brief we give our creators: - The hook, word for word, as it appears on screen - The second the product shows up - What the creator must NEVER say What's not in there: - Scripts - Tone direction - "Say it with more energy" - Your brand's 12 value props If your brief is longer than this, it's a script. When you pair this level of rawness with an app that makes somview source ↗

Negativity and entitlement just ooze from this ad everywhere. - The first thing is the brother and sister talking rudely to each other "FINE!" - Mom's irritated at someone for adjusting a thermostat - "You promised French toast, bruh," ... "I'm not your bruh, bruh." ... "Fine" - The sister sees her brother drinking milk from the jug and says, "Ugh, gross." - She tells him French toast isn't French, and he fires back, "Yeah right, then why is it called French? Genius." She rolls her eyes and says, "Fine, live in ignorance." - Grandpa calls and Mom shoves him over to Dad who then cuts him off with "we're a bit busy now." The grandparents go straight to insulting his beard: "We don't like the beard. Never did… He looks like that actor we hate." - Dad answers with sarcasm ("Good pep talk") and hangs up on them. - Brother tries to impersonate his sister and text her boyfriend. - Mom asks if anyone else is cold, and the Dad (who we learn adjusted the thermostat) lies and says "Don't know what you're talking about." - Mom catches Dad turning down the thermostat: "I knew it!" instead of communicating... - The older sister barks, "Mom, breathe." - Dad asks who Asa is, and the daughter dodges: "He's a… person." - The whole family crowds around the screen to spy on the older sister at the front door - Mom barks at Dad, "Bruno, we have to go now, like, now, now!" - Dad doesn't remember the ice skating lessons (or she never told him) and when he finds out goes straight to "Hey hon… could we talk?" like he's trying to get out of it. I mean, it demonstrates the capabilities really well. It's cool. But I feel like they could have done this from a positive, functional framing instead.view source ↗
