handy when you want your agent to pick up something new, or when you're setting up a fresh profile!

I also don't understand why people are copying my app. Why would you copy such a buns app 😭😭😭
Dropped down from $10,000 to $6000 MRR. My only channel is UGC, no ads. Even when I go viral with UGC, conversion rate is ass. I definitely feel like spamming 1 format has diminishing returns.
I netted over 30,000,000 views just last month with a creator team of 8. Only 3 of them are performing well.
The first viral wave was a banger and got me to $10,000.
The second viral wave was dogwater, comparable to what I would get on 75$ daily ad spend. I would be haply with a 200-300$ day.
I was confused so I dumped all my Mixpanel data into Chat, Astra 6 Max. It said there was no visible change in audience.
Still high US, high iOS audience, yet 7x lower revenue per customer.
So my only hypothesis right now is:
My ICP TikTok audience has already seen my viral videos so TikTok is showing my videos to users that are bad audience / 9 year olds that have no money. Even though Mixpanel says most traffic is older than 15, I think 9 year olds are just pressing random buttons in my onboarding
I also checked the comment section to analyze audience and yes they are like 8 year old.
It makes sense since when I think about it, no mentally sane adult would pay for an app like mine. Only children. 😂
Luckily my GOATED payout structure saved my profits. My average CPM is like $0.30.
The only change I would add to my payout structure is a payout limit of like 3,000 or 5,000, to prevent huge virality from killing my profits.
Marketing is easy, building a high conversion, high retention product is hard af
The most dangerous line to hear in life is "we need to talk" and the worst one to hear while vibe coding is "you're absolutely right, I apologize."

When an AI says that, you know you're f*cked.
Save this prompt to help you: "Stop. Don't fix anything yet. Re-read all the code files involved in this task and tell me exactly what you got wrong on the very first try, with the exact line numbers and code, and why the fix(es) failed. Then propose one fix and wait for my approval."
In a ton of my tests, frontier models don't re-read code unless you push them. They're often just patching your frustration.
If AI can't point to your code, it's guessing.
you don't need to be super technical to get a lot out of Hermes Agent.

The @excalidraw mcp is sick.
Have it live draw explanations (with pencil sounds and all) then pop open to the app and make your own changes.

I actually don't use my 3090s anymore
They will become more valuable once smaller models become more intelligent, efficient, and capable

You can do a genuinely world-class system for ~$12k right now (sounds better than the $100k+ systems I've heard).

Most good DACs have "broadcast" features for Spotify Connect, Airplay etc, don't worry too much there unless you really want multi-room music sync stuff

The ones worth knowing:
• Desktop shows a progress chip before a subscription hits its usage wall, and rate-limited providers say why and until when in the model pickers
• Desktop Settings gets a single Plugins pane that holds every plugin's settings pages
• Plugin skills now appear as /plugin:skill in the TUI, Desktop, and CLI slash menus
• hermes chat -q no longer hangs on approval, memory, MCP, or vault prompts nobody is around to answer
• hermes update no longer stalls on a 20 minute git repack, and installs stop re-downloading repo history
• The gateway brings back a platform whose plugin failed to load at startup without a restart, and Telegram delivers messages held during a disconnect
• Dashboard login is hardened: capped request bodies, bounded login values, and spoofed X-Forwarded-For headers ignored
• Catalog memory providers like hindsight and mnemosyne stop failing on every start, and installing one actually activates it
• Memory writes stop failing on hand-formatted files, and refused writes tell you exactly what to fix
• Local dictation now works on Windows ARM64 Desktop
• Opus 5.5 keeps thinking on, and Anthropic summarized thinking no longer gets promoted to the final answer
• New plugin hooks for human input requests, post gateway admission, and knowing which cron run you are in
Here is the full list:
DESKTOP IMPROVEMENTS (28 PRs)
• feat(desktop): a progress chip warns before a subscription hits its usage wall
• feat(desktop): a rate-limited provider says why and until when in the model pickers
• feat(desktop): Settings ▸ Plugins: one pane for every plugin's settings pages (WoW AddOns style)
• Desktop shared-metrics strip retires on the focused profile instead of coming back forever
• fix(desktop): count limited accounts in credential-pool pickers
• fix(desktop): Review scope tabs no longer overlap in a narrow pane
• fix(desktop): stop refusing sends from a window behind its chat
• fix(desktop): scope sidebar

I don't want an agent that only does one-off, random tasks that are nice but not life-changing: booking flights, making dinner reservations, or buying tickets
I want an AI wife who knows what’s on the family calendar, remembers there’s a birthday party Saturday and we haven’t bought a gift then sends me options, realizes we’re almost out of diapers and buys them, knows which bills are coming up, remembers someone needs a dentist appointment and books it, figures out what the hell we’re eating all week and what we need from the grocery store, and generally keeps track of the 47 things that need to happen before anyone else even realizes they need to happen.
So, who's building me an AI wife that carries the mental load instead of an AI husband that waits for me to give it a chore??
