we're spending over a thousand a day on Higgsfield with AI drama ads, Song ads, etc. Seems rather expensive rn, are there better workflows out there? https://t.co/eIQ5YRAlESwe're spending over a thousand a day on Higgsfield with AI drama ads, Song ads, etc. Seems rather expensive rn, are there better workflows out there? https://t.co/eIQ5YRAlES
SAME VIDEO. ONE OF THEM COST 9X LESS.
Top is WAN 3.0. Bottom is Seedance 2.5.
Honestly, I couldn't tell which one was which until I saw the labels.
The difference is the price:
→ WAN 3.0 is up to 9x cheaper
→ Now 60% off on the API
→ And unlimited inside Higgsfield

The expensive part of AI video was never the final clip. It's the 30 failed tries before it.
Now those are free.

WHAT THE F*CK IS HAPPENING
i still don't understand why more people aren't paying attention to this.
this "Jenna Ortega" profile has:

→ 8.6M likes
→ roughly 104M views across 23 videos
one 15-second clip pulled 67.5M views. a comment saying “this is AI” got 61.8K likes.

and people keep asking: how do AI character accounts make money?
this one offers paid subscriptions to “talk with me.” some viewers think they're watching a real celebrity, while the account monetizes the attention.
one recognizable face. millions of views.
here's how to test this format with your own original character:
→ use ChatGPT to create the personality and consistent character images
→ use Claude to write short scenes around one recurring habit
→ animate with Higgsfield using supported image or movement references
→ prepare 5–10 clips and label realistic AI content
same face. same personality. another situation people want to send to a friend.
give people a character they remember and a reason to check tomorrow's post.

I launched a new app called LockFeed. Let's see how much revenue I can get to if I leverage my whole 2.3M subscribers on YouTube.
LockFeed helps you reduce your screen time by quizzing you on something you care about before you scroll. Like for me, it's the guitar fretboard.

This is Episode 4 of 10K or Bust. In this video I pivoted from my AI portrait making app to this more simple screen time app.
What I've learned:
- Meta Ads Manager is so cumbersome to use. Just ask Codex with Computer Use to do it for you.
- You can look at your competitors Meta ads they're running, so you can just copy it. Higgsfield SuperComputer, who sponsored this video, taught me that.
- These super simple apps charge $50/year or more, which is why they can afford to spend so much on ads. A lot of them should just be replaced by cheaper alternatives. Like Opal charges $239/year???
- I got rejected 5 times from the App Store, and I thought it was because of my predatory app design. But it's actually just because I didn't check a box for the Family Controls certificate... And App Store review is so ambiguous they wouldn't tell me.

some mf stole the Higgsfield Genjutsu brand and put an app on the App Store.
20k downloads already. he gives people Genjutsu for free and cashes in on our 30m active users through in-app ads.
do we sue him or give him a stupid amount of API credits? https://t.co/rjQmmtthQCsome mf stole the Higgsfield Genjutsu brand and put an app on the App Store.

Iman is on a generational run.
We need to be looking at Gadzhi the way we look at Hormozi. If anything, Iman's portfolio is crazier than Alex's.

Meet Erika Mercer. Black hair, pink claw marks, unsettling energy - and an AI character behind every clip
Her creator says the account brought in $20K from ads in just a couple of weeks. In the first five days, they posted 13 videos. One clip passed 1M views
Here's the setup:
> ChatGPT keeps Erika's face consistent
> Claude writes her personality and scenes
> Higgsfield turns the images into videos
Same recognizable character. A stranger situation every time. People stop because they know Erika, then stay to see what she does next
The wildest detail? Higgsfield also became one of the brands paying to appear in her videos
How many AI characters are you already following without realizing it?
I’ve been keeping this a secret for a while, but earlier this year I made one of the biggest bets of my career & this time it's not in Silicon Valley or New York. It's in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

this is insane:
Higgsfield had a customer go from a $99/month subscription to a $6M/year deal in 6 MONTHS...
if you want to understand where AI video is actually heading, watch this 3-minute clip.

Alex Mashrabov says DTC companies are rebuilding their entire GTM around AI:
• hundreds or thousands of ads every week
• constant creative testing
• AI-generated short-form content at scale
and the revenue already reflects it.
just over 50% of Higgsfield's revenue now comes from businesses.
less than 10% comes from mobile.
his conclusion is pretty clear:
they're never going to win by fighting for $20/month subscriptions.
the real market is companies rebuilding how they create + distribute content.

Most AI companies are wasting their creator budget.
I’ve worked with CapCut, Higgsfield, Epidemic Sound, ElevenLabs and a lot of other AI companies. The big ones get it. Most of the rest need a better marketing person on their team.
Here’s the mistake I keep seeing:
They ask for a dedicated video about their tool.

Here’s the mistake I keep seeing:
They ask for a dedicated video about their tool.
“Introducing [Tool]. Here’s what it does.”
Okay, but what will that change for the viewer? It’s a boring video, and nobody clicks on it in the first place.
What actually works:
Introduce the product naturally, as the solution to a problem the viewer already has.
I did this recently. I made a video about a money-making method. The method had a problem, and I brought in one tool as the fix.
That one video generated 500+ leads.
Same tool. Same creator. Different approach.
If you’re an AI company working with creators, stop paying for tool intros. Pay for problems solved on screen.
