the best ones can run more experiments than entire teams.
i broke the playbook down into 12 rules:
1. build the company brain before you build agents. customer fit, offers, voice, founder opinions + failed campaigns should live in files every agent can read.
2. start agents read-only. let them learn from HubSpot, Stripe, Slack, Gong + analytics before they earn permission to change anything.
3. give every campaign an ID and carry it through ads, emails, UTMs, CRM deals + revenue so you know which marketing brought customers who actually paid and stayed.
4. make customer language your first agent. feed it 20-50 sales calls and pull the exact phrases buyers use to describe their problems, then rerun it every week.
5. build a buying-trigger agent around moments that create demand: funding, hiring, new locations, product launches, expansion + other changes that suddenly make your product relevant.
6. only write outbound when you can clearly explain why NOW: “this event creates this problem, and our product solves it in this specific way.” if that sentence is weak, skip the account.
7. build search around questions people ask right before they buy. combine Search Console, sales calls + what ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity recommend when buyers ask about your category.
8. make your creative agent test different REASONS to buy, not 50 tiny variations of one ad. pain point, customer story, worked example, demo, comparison, founder take, etc.
9. name every experiment by what it’s testing. “dinner-angle_ugc_v2” creates a reusable lesson when it wins. “video_final_7” tells you nothing.
10. build a closed-lost agent that rereads every lost deal, records the real reason + reopen condition, then brings the account back when that condition changes.
11. make every performance report end with a decision: KEEP, KILL, CHANGE, or TEST. wire it through to revenue, retention + churn so cheap customers w

For 2 years my agents could write anything. Captions, scripts, entire newsletters
But the moment a post needed a carousel or an image, it was back to me. Open Canva, pick a template, fix the fonts, export, upload, schedule. 45 minutes. Every single time
I was convinced that step would never be automated. Design needs taste. Agents don't have taste
Then I connected PostNitro to Claude
One prompt. "Turn my latest post into a 6 slide LinkedIn carousel on my brand kit and schedule it for Thursday 9am"
About a minute later it was designed in my fonts, my colors, my logo, and sitting on my calendar
No Canva. No export. No upload. The agent did the whole chain
And the taste? Still mine. I built my templates once. The agent just picks the right one for each platform
It's an MCP server with 35 tools. Carousels, image posts, video. Publishes natively to LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook and Pinterest
Here's how I'd set it up:
1. Go to https://t.co/qao582FfQ3 and hit connect. OAuth, no API key
2. Build your brand kit once. Fonts, colors, logo, headshot. Never describe your brand in a prompt again
3. Give it one real post to turn into a carousel. Watch it land on your calendar
4. Don't trust it yet? Ask for drafts instead. Agent designs at 3am, you open the editor, change the headline, hit schedule at 9
5. Running your own agents? On OpenClaw it's npx skills add postnitro/postnitro-agent. On Claude Code it's a plugin. Both drive the CLI end to end with an API key
6. Loop it. Every Monday: plan the week, 3 carousels Mon to Wed at 9am, save as drafts
Only catch: X is a source and export format, not a publishing destination yet. Export the PDF and post it yourself
I was wrong about design. I'm fine with that. Being wrong and switching fast is how you win
Go set this up tonight
Scheduling and agent access start on their Creator+ plan. PH40AGENTS get

A guide to building a Jev harness breaks down how the right setup can deliver:
→ Up to 200x faster execution
→ Up to 400x lower costs
The model isn’t always the bottleneck. The harness around it can make a massive difference in both speed and cost.
Here’s how to put this into practice:
1. Rebuild your setup
Give the PDF and the article below to Claude Code or Codex. Ask it to redesign your agent workflow around Jev.
2. Pick your most expensive workflow
Find the agent task your team spends the most money running. Try rebuilding it in one evening.
3. Show the results
Compare the before-and-after latency, token usage, and cost. Bring the numbers to your manager.
One evening of harness engineering could save your team a serious amount of money and give you a system most teams haven’t even thought to build.

it's the screen wall street traders stare at all day to trade the markets, and the best of them make $1M+ a year
the whole system fits in four lines:
- open a market app and pick Claude Opus 5.5 as its brain
- type in the stocks and coins you hold
- connect your Telegram
- close the laptop
from there, Opus 5.5 does all of it
every weekday at 8:00 it checks your list, catches whatever moved more than usual, digs up why and sends it to your Telegram, with a source and a time on every reason

The top 20 still went from $147B to $192B, and the biggest jump came from a $10B assistant that is still in early access.
Here are the 20 most valuable AI agent startups, and who raised since our September board:
1. Cognition, $48B. Coding. Up from $26B, closed Sep 8.
2. Sierra, $15.8B. Customer service agents.
3. Harvey, $15.5B. Legal. Up from $11B, closed Sep 9.
4. OpenEvidence, $15B. Clinical search. Up from $12B (reported).
5. Lovable, $13.3B. Vibe coding.
6. Instinct, $10B. Personal assistant. Up from $2.5B, closed Sep 28.
7. Mercor, $10B. AI recruiting. Still in talks at $20B.
8. Replit, $9B. Coding.
9. Glean, $7.2B. Enterprise agents.
10. Clay, $7.1B. GTM agents. Up from $5B, closed Sep 9.
11. Legora, $5.6B. Legal. Talks cut to $8.5B.
12. Abridge, $5.3B. Clinical notes.
13. Factory, $5B. Coding. Up from $1.5B, closed Sep 15.
14. Wonderful, $5B. Customer agents.
15. Decagon, $4.5B. Customer agents.
16. EliseAI, $4B. Housing and healthcare. New.
17. Hippocratic AI, $3.5B. Patient agents.
18. Parloa, $3B. Voice agents.
19. Genspark, $2.6B. General agents.
20. Armadin, $2.5B+. Security agents. New.
3 things the chart says.
1. The queue mostly cleared.
In September, 5 reported raises added up to a $42B markup. Cognition closed $1B above its reported price, Harvey and Clay closed on theirs, and $28.6B of the $42B landed. Mercor has been in talks at $20B since July. Legora's reported ask fell from $10B+ to $8.5B.
2. The biggest moves were not in the queue.
Instinct went from $2.5B to $10B in 33 days, and it is still in early access. Factory went from $1.5B in April to $5B. Neither was on the raising list.
3. Coding still runs the board.
Cognition, Lovable, Replit and Factory are worth $75.3B, 39% of the top 20. Cognition alone is now worth more than #2, #3 and #4 combined.
Save this. If Mercor closes at $20B, it jumps to #2.

And yes, AI can help you do ALL of those things.
But having access to the tools doesn’t suddenly give you years of experience in every skill.
At some point, doing everything yourself stops being efficient.
It starts slowing down the thing you’re actually trying to grow.
That’s why I use @fiverr

Whatever the project needs, I can bring the right expertise into my team and keep moving.
And I think more founders need to hear this:
You don’t have to become good at EVERYTHING to build something great.

Copy trading has a dirty secret. DWF Ventures tracked 292,000 fomo wallets over three months. Only 6.16% ended in profit.
The problem isn’t copying. It’s who you copy and for how long.
So I stopped picking. At 8 AM Grok took a trader from the weekly top and my phone started buzzing.
The first hours were small. $GLORP +$4.10. $NUBBY +$6.02. One loss for -$1.40. When that trader tried to size in too big, the trade was skipped.
Then he took 2 losses in a row. Grok dropped him before lunch and moved to the weekly #3, a 79% win rate.
That switch made the day. $96.30 on one exit. $162.80 on another, after the trader put 412 SOL into a coin and Grok followed with 2.1. $204.55 on the last big win before close.
Every exit fired within half a second of the trader selling. Grok picked, copyfomo executed, I watched the lock screen.
copyfomo: https://t.co/a09rFo82sx
10:20 AM: $206. Noon: $359. 4 PM: $802. 8 PM: $1,342.
76 wins. 17 losses. 13.4x in one working day.
One day isn’t three months. But it shows where the edge sits: not in copying, in deciding who to drop.
The full setup is below and free. Hardly anyone has saved it. Save it before your next copy trade.
