I saw him in an interview saying: “I predict 70% of content on Facebook will be videos”.
This is when only YouTube was the video platform. I quit my job immediately and raced to make video content on Facebook.
1 year later, the algorithms changed to favor videos. And Nas Daily exploded to over 20 billion video views and 70 million followers.
There is lots of Alpha in listening to what big tech CEOs say.
Today, I catch @finkd in another interview with @patrickc and @alexandr_wang. In this 10 second clip, he's predicting: "if every business has an email address and a website, every business will also need agents."
This one is clear for most Twitter, but not rest of the world. Agents will complement humans in every business. And there will not be a single winner.
In the creator world, there was not one type of video or creator that won. There were many. Food creators, travel, tech, etc. The market was big.
The same applies to business agents. We will need agents with deep specialities. Not just one-size fits all.
https://t.co/cuzKJP7tGp has completely shifted to building specialized marketing agents for businesses. This 10 second clip is history repeating itself. And of course, it was clipped and subtitled by my Muse.
The new race is on. See you in 10 years.

TikTok Ads: Legendary, takes some time to figure out and your app needs to have good user economics but once you find winning creatives it's amazing. Also: TIKTOK ADS MCP
Meta Ads: Same, I prefer TikTok but it depends on your niche
Canvas UGC: The only form of UGC that's reliable. Posting on new accounts makes it both in-line with the nature of UGC as well as making it accessible to creators. Result? you pay little. It requires good understanding of UGC, good management skills, and good payment terms. Also, outreach can be tough sometimes
TikTok Farm: Usually with slideshows, which are only effective on TikTok. It does require many phones obviously, and good software to manage them. For software I recommend Ghost Farm by @wbyanme (not sponsored)
Organic slideshows: Highest ROI, organic way to post content for free. My go-to for testing the waters for a new app. Only on TikTok, the algorithm loves slideshows for some reason. Instagram not at all.
Reddit: Somewhat niche but works if you have a fitting audience. You can also artificially acquire upvotes, and AI indexes reddit too so win-win. Creates a lasting reputation for your app
X: You can go mega viral like with @nestymee if you have something good to show
Organic UGC: Good but you need to have acting skills and a good phone, and you need to understand the principles of UGC very well (appear professionally unprofessional)
Regular UGC: Inherently inferior to Canvas UGC. Why would you buy 1 video for $100? Only use case is if you need a quick video for a launch or website
ASO: Not a lifechanger but you need to have this done properly since it amplifies all your other marketing channels when people visit your app store page
Clipping (slideshows): Only works if your app has something visual to sell. Middle-man parties usually take a large chunk of revenue like 20%. Also suffers from some botting scams
YouTube: Can work, especially with automation like the legen
Youtube adsense is fucking a scam

and Amazon just proved it
a few months ago YouTube added Amazon to its Shopping Affiliate Program. announced august 27 by the CEO himself
what that means is: you can now tag Amazon products directly inside your youtube videos. a viewer watches your 30 second video, taps the product tag, buys it on amazon, and you get a commission. without them ever leaving youtube
THE MATH:
adsense on a short with 1 million views = $250-$400
that same short with an amazon product tag on a $50 item at 4% commission = $2 per sale. if 0.5% of viewers buy, thats 5,000 sales. thats $10,000. from the same video. same views. 25x the money
you dont need more views. you need a product tag on the views you already have
HOW TO ACTUALLY RUN THIS:
YOU NEED TO BE IN THE YOUTUBE PARTNER PROGRAM.
if youre already monetized you can apply for YouTube Shopping affiliates right now inside youtube studio. settings → monetization → shopping. rolling out to US creators first
PICK A NICHE WHERE PEOPLE ALREADY BUY THINGS.
kitchen gadgets, home organization, workout equipment, tech accessories, car accessories, pet products, cleaning tools. things people watch a video about because they are actively shopping
THE FORMAT THAT PRINTS:
"amazon finds under $30" or "things i didnt know existed on amazon." 30 second video showing the product in use. text on screen with the price. product tag underneath. this format already does 5-10 million views per video on tiktok. it barely exists on youtube shorts
FIND PRODUCTS ON AMAZON MOVERS AND SHAKERS.
public page. shows which products are gaining sales rank the fastest RIGHT NOW. amazon. com/gp/movers-and-shakers. free. updated hourly. if a product is climbing in sales, people are already buying it. your video is the last push
USE CAMELCAMELCAMEL TO FIND PRICE DROPS.
free price tracking tool. when a popular product drops 30-40% in price, make a video about it that day. "this was $80 yesterday. its $47 right now." the pro

calling it my last challenge of 2026 💪
a few days ago, one of my explainer videos did 600K impressions on X, so I started a YouTube channel that runs completely on its own
it’s called "How It Actually Works"
every day, it picks a topic, writes the script, makes the video and posts it
so far, it has covered interesting topics like how Shazam recognizes a song in seconds, what really happens when you delete a file, and how a contactless card works without a battery
and this is my calendar - every green check is a video that went out by itself, and the blue ones are already queued up
the whole setup is Revid making the videos and Squad running the agent that picks topics, writes and schedules them via PostSyncer
this is going to be fun 🤩

Engineering away "slop" is one of the most fun things I do!
I don't love the term "slop" because it frames it like this is a new thing and it's not.

That said, preventing it, is a pretty simple 3 pronged process:
1. Ensure agents create high quality PRs in the first place
2. Have good agent PR reviewers to catch problems before they get to prod
3. Use feature flags and have a (regularly tested) disaster recovery process if a problem manages to make it to prod
Swap "agent" with "software developer" and you have a process that actually has always been a good idea.
How I do this is the subject of my YouTube video I'm publishing tomorrow.
Hey @grok ,
How much money has Abhinav Singh Bassi earned from YouTube ads on this 12-minute video with 100 million views? 👀 https://t.co/aDjNhFygZeHey @grok ,

That’s all.
I launched a new app called LockFeed. Let's see how much revenue I can get to if I leverage my whole 2.3M subscribers on YouTube.
LockFeed helps you reduce your screen time by quizzing you on something you care about before you scroll. Like for me, it's the guitar fretboard.

LockFeed helps you reduce your screen time by quizzing you on something you care about before you scroll. Like for me, it's the guitar fretboard.
This is Episode 4 of 10K or Bust. In this video I pivoted from my AI portrait making app to this more simple screen time app.
What I've learned:
- Meta Ads Manager is so cumbersome to use. Just ask Codex with Computer Use to do it for you.
- You can look at your competitors Meta ads they're running, so you can just copy it. Higgsfield SuperComputer, who sponsored this video, taught me that.
- These super simple apps charge $50/year or more, which is why they can afford to spend so much on ads. A lot of them should just be replaced by cheaper alternatives. Like Opal charges $239/year???
- I got rejected 5 times from the App Store, and I thought it was because of my predatory app design. But it's actually just because I didn't check a box for the Family Controls certificate... And App Store review is so ambiguous they wouldn't tell me.

Brands the channels that get impressions and assigns a niche to them (sleep niches).
Over time it generates and posts videos in that niche, keeps monitoring them.
I do nothing.
Already on my second channel monetised from this.
Can't see revenue just yet because they got a bunch of false content id claims. But it auto disputes them too so it's alright
I built Bops in a weekend.
In the demo, I ask my agent about a recent sales meeting, call it from my phone, then keep going by text. Same agent, same context.
Here's how I put it together:
1. Design the app in Paper. I worked through the interface before building it, using Paper's MCP connection with Claude.

2. Build in T3 Code + Claude. I kept the project in one long-running workspace.
3. Give the agents the tools for the job:
- Orgo: computers
- AgentMail: email
- AgentPhone: calls and texts
- Composio: app connections
- Treg: people and company research
- Jev: screen monitoring
- OpenAI: agent and voice
The 9:33 walkthrough shows the demo and how the stack fits together.

The biggest key to YouTube success isn't luck. It's understanding what makes people click and what keeps them watching.
Once you understand how to create strong hooks, maximize retention, and consistently deliver content people actually want to watch, growth becomes much more predictable.
YouTube isn't about working harder. It's about understanding the algorithm and your audience better than everyone else.
